Sugar Cookies
- 2 cups margarine
- 1 3/4 cup sugar
- 4 eggs, well beaten
- 5 cups flour
- pinch of salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 4 tsp cream of tartar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
Cream margarine, add sugar, eggs and vanilla. Beat well. Sift dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture.
Bake at 350F for approximately 7 minutes.
