Pancakes
- 1 cup flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons oil
Mix dry ingredients and make well. In a separate bowl, mix wet ingredients. Pour into well. Mix together.
Add more milk or flour to thin or thicken if needed.
Cook in electric frypan set at 375 for 2 minutes each side.
