Orange Almond Salad

Dressing

  • 1/4 cup salad oil
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/4 cup sugar Tear lettuce into bite-size pieces. Arrange over salad plates. Divide orange sections over lettuce. Scatter green onions over top. Sprinkle with toated almonds. (Toast almonds in pan in 350 deg oven for about 5 minutes until golden.)

Salad

  • head of romaine lettuce
  • 10 oz orange segments, drained
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1/4 cup slivered almonds, roasted

Stir salad oil, vinegar, and sugar together well. Pour over salad. Serve.
