Chocolate Torte

- 200g dark chocolate (Lindt Surfin)
- 200g butter
- 3 eggs
- 175 golden caster sugar
- 100g mascarpone
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 100g almonds, ground
- 30g cocoa powder
Heat oven to 325 degrees.
Melt chocolate and butter in double boiler and cool.
Beat eggs and sugar until creamy. Add mascarpone and vanilla and combine.
Fold in melted chocolate, almonds, cocoa and pinch of salt.
Bake 35 min. Cool in tin.
